Hoffman Tool Masterclass: April – Precycling with Serena

Our Hoffman Tool Masterclasses are led every month by members of the Hoffman UK facilitator team.

Each class lasts for 90 minutes and shines a spotlight on a specific tool, technique or practice. Enhance your existing understanding of key Hoffman practices and gain practical suggestions you can take away and use to keep your Process learning alive.

April: Precycling, with Serena Gordon

You may be familiar with Recycling, one of the most powerful tools in the Hoffman toolkit when it comes to transforming stubborn patterns. Recycling allows us to really get to grips with a pattern by putting focus on where it’s come from, where it lives in our bodies and what we can learn from the situtations where it has shown up in our past. On the Cycle of Transformation, it’s both a tool of awareness and new behaviour.

Precycling is just as powerful, and also hugely practical, as it allows us to apply the Recycling method to a future situation. If we have the awareness that a particular pattern trips us up habitually and we’re entering an arena where that’s likely to happen, we can work with Precycling to pre-empt any pitfalls. Learn how to prepare for sticky situations proactively, with confidence and with your Spritual Self by your side.

Confidentiality is important in these Masterclasses so that all participants feel safe to be fully self-expressed and (if desired), to share their experiences. By registering for this event, you agree to not discuss any other participant’s experience or anything that another person shares in a way in which that participant can in any way be identified – this includes the sharing of post-event recordings. You also agree not to audio or video record any portion of the session and, wherever possible, to keep your own camera switched on in order that we are all visible and present to each other. We ask that you join from a private, quiet place at home or at work where you will be not be interrupted or overheard.
