Travel Directions – For travel directions to Charney Manor, click here. Upon arrival at the venue, please go directly to the reception to be given your room allocation and instructions of where to go.

Friday Arrivals – We recommend that you arrive for your Process on Friday if you can, so that you can settle in and be ready to get started at 9am on Saturday morning. For an additional £80, you can arrive on Friday at any time between 5.00pm – 9.00pm on Friday evening. Dinner and breakfast are included. If arriving later than 9pm, please arrange alternative accommodation and come to Charney Manor on Saturday morning.

Saturday Arrivals – If you have let us know that you are arriving on Saturday morning, please make sure you leave plenty of time to arrive by 9.00am. Please check in at reception to be given your room allocation and directions.

Registration – a member of staff will be available on Friday evening and Saturday morning. Registration is between 9.00am – 9.30am on Saturday. Please call the emergency number below if you are going to be late for registration.

Travel Update – Train strike action
If you are planning to travel to the Process by train, please check to see if there any rail strikes that may affect your journey. You can check for train strike details and how they might affect your travel plans here. See below for taxi numbers.

Taxi from the train station – The nearest railway station is Didcot Parkway, which is approximately 30-35 minutes away depending on traffic. There are rank taxis outside the station. However, we recommend Mark Whiten 07484 625 301 (please pre-book), who will charge a Charney Manor special rate of £28.00 each way.

Covid  –  If you have Covid symptoms, or have tested positive for Covid, please contact us immediately by phone or email.
