Supervising Hoffman facilitator Janet Burgis

Wednesday 24 June 2020 - 'Moving Through Shame' with Janet Burgis

Patterns don’t always come at us one by one. They’re often clustered in ‘Vicious Cycles,’ where one pattern leads to another and then another, forming a familiar and often destructive sequence of feelings, thoughts and behaviours. At the heart of many Vicious Cycles lurks a core ‘shame belief’, one that we may have been carrying from our earliest childhood, the time when our unmet needs first led us to subconscious thoughts like ‘I am wrong, I am worthless, I am invisible.’

In this webinar, Janet helps us explore the connection between Shame and Vicious Cycles and the impact these cycles have on our physical health and wellbeing. This session is part taught and part movement-based, allowing our bodies to locate the negative energy held within and move through the stuckness to freedom and joy.

Supervising Hoffman facilitator Stella Horgan

Wednesday 3 June 2020 - 'Developing 360 Vision' with Stella Horgan

Most of us are not in the habit of identifying the gifts in our challenges, but it can be an absolute treasure trove. Expanding the possibilities and opportunities in life that we may not see when we are caught in our difficulties is enormously liberating. We open this door in the Hoffman Process when we recycle and identify positive alternatives to our patterns, and when we find compassion for our parents and gratitude for what they COULD give us. This webinar offers an opportunity to expand on that. By asking certain types of questions, we excavate for information that can bring more appreciation and wisdom to our lives, deepening our conversation with our Spiritual Selves.

Supervising Hoffman Facilitator Jeremy Kynaston

Wednesday 27 May 2020 - 'Cultivating Presence' with Jeremy Kynaston

Our ability to be present depends on our connection to our Spiritual Self, which lives in the moment. Our emotional self and intellect – our personality – go forward and backward in time, often either regretting, or glorifying, the past, or worrying about the future.
In this webinar, Jeremy will lead you to investigate what pulls you off centre, and suggest tools and practices to help you come back to being your embodied Spiritual Self.

Supervising Hoffman facilitator Matthew Pruen

Wednesday 20 May 2020 - 'Disempower your Dark Side' with Matthew Pruen

Your Dark Side, most simply put, is all of your negative patterns together. It’s the negative bias of your brain, a habitual, conditioned survival system that feeds on your insecurities and thrives on dragging you down. But the good news is that your Dark Side is not who you truly are; its narrative can be challenged. In this webinar, Matthew looks at tools and techniques that we can use to defend ourselves from a ‘Dark Side attack’ and explores how – with mindful awareness and consistent practice – we can learn to co-exist with our Dark Side and diminish its hold over our lives.

As attendees experienced, there were a couple of moments during the session where the sound quality went into mischievous Dark Side patterns of its own, so please be prepared for the occasional ‘jump’ in the audio, and know it’s not an issue with your equipment.
