Process Countdown – Bore Place
Here is your countdown information, including additional details that are specific to your venue, Bore Place.
Accommodation – the accommodation is in three separate buildings around the main courtyard (Bore Place House, Old Stable or Cedar Lodge). Once on the grounds, please refer to this map to find your accommodation building . You might want to download this map before travelling, as phone reception is limited once on the grounds. Upon arrival, please go directly to Bore Place House, where Cecilia or one of the Hoffman team will show you to the building and room you are staying in.

Arrival Time – You can arrive at any time between 5.00pm and 9.00pm on Friday evening. Please check in at Bore Place House before going to your room. Dinner is served in Bore Place House at 7.30pm. For security purposes, Bore Place accommodation buildings are locked at 10pm. If arriving later, please arrange alternative accommodation. If you have let us know that you are arriving on Saturday morning, please make sure you leave plenty of time to arrive by 9.00am.
Registration – a member of staff will be available on Friday evening and Saturday morning. Registration is between 9.00am – 9.30am on Saturday in Bore Place House. Please call the emergency number above if you are going to be late for registration.
Travel Update – Train strike action
If you are planning to travel to the Process by train, please check to see if there any rail strikes that may affect your journey. You can check for train strike details and how they might affect your travel plans here. See below for taxi numbers.
Covid – If you have Covid-19 symptoms, or have tested positive for Covid-19, please contact us immediately by phone or email.
