Introducing the Hoffman coaching team

Below are short profiles of the members of the Hoffman UK facilitator team. When booking your coaching, you may choose to work with one of the facilitators from your Process or Essentials workshop, or choose to work with someone new. The choice is yours.

Our coaches will support you in identifying and developing strengths using Hoffman tools, as well as supporting your own inner guidance. They will provide you with greater focus and awareness of choice, and collaborate with you to support specific outcomes.

 

Eliza Meredith

Supervising Hoffman Facilitator

Eliza has worked at Hoffman in the UK, US and the Middle East since 2005 as facilitator and supervisor. She has a Masters in psychotherapy from the Karuna Institute and is registered with UKCP. She is a long time member of the Diamond Approach, a contemporary spiritual teaching. A mother and grateful granny, she is passionate about what it is to be human and what makes each individual tick. She relaxes by gardening, walking, cooking, retreats and connecting with friends.

Emma Ferguson

Emma Ferguson

Supervising Hoffman Facilitator

Emma trained and worked as a teacher and drama therapist with purpose and passion. She felt compelled to share that with others who were struggling. After training to become a psychologist and therapist, she gained vast experience working with addicts and their families. Although this work was fulfilling, she knew that she needed more. Creative expression and a connection with the outdoors and animals are key to Emma’s development, and she gained new skills, training and working with the Hoffman Institute and qualifying as a trauma specialist and energy healer. She’s also the founder of Joy Provision, offering ‘Punk Rock Personal Development’ to the North of England and beyond.
BA (Hons), PGCE , MEd, MBACP, FDAP (accred), MBPsS, Cert. Counselling Supervision, International Association of Trauma Practitioners, Holistic Yoga Teacher and Energy Medicine Practitioner.

Janet Burgis

Janet Burgis

Supervising Hoffman Facilitator

Janet has been working with Hoffman UK since 2006, as a facilitator and supervisor in the UK, Ireland and USA. She is a teacher of emotional education, couples therapist and holistic depth process psychotherapist specialising in attachment and developmental trauma, addiction and relationship recovery. Her approach incorporates bodywork, breathwork, mindfulness, shamanic energy medicine, yoga, sound, holistic dance and authentic movement. Janet supports clients in a return to wholeness through self-directed healing.

Jeremy Kynaston

Jeremy Kynaston

Supervising Hoffman Facilitator

Jeremy did his Process in 1989 in Australia, and completed his facilitator training and qualification there in 1990. He’s facilitated in Australia, Ireland, Scotland, Canada and England. He’s passionate about what the Process enables, and enjoys coaching to support people in using the tools and practices to deal with issues in their lives. He also loves being in nature and around animals, cats and dogs in particular, as well as people!

Matthew Pruen

Matthew Pruen

Supervising Hoffman Facilitator

Matthew is a supervising Hoffman facilitator and has been on the team since training in 2007. He also is a relationship coach, specialising in intensive approaches with couples, families, individuals and corporate teams. He has supervised an advanced teacher training program in Lebanon with Healing the Wounds of History – focusing on community building and peacework. Alongside his wife Emma, he has designed and delivered relationship workshops for Hoffman UK. He offers coaching sessions by phone and online as well as in person from his retreat centre near Bordeaux, The French Retreat.

Roxy Hayde

Hoffman Facilitator

Roxy joined the Hoffman team in 2018 and is a Hoffman Facilitator. She’s deeply passionate about the Process and its transformative effects. She has done numerous courses that inform her work with clients as well as groups including counselling training. When not on Process, she coaches clients and is also a Humanist wedding celebrant, (Roxy Celebrates Love – www.roxycelebrateslove.com) as well as being a part-time COO of a Culture Change company specialising in Diversity and Inclusion. She loves beach walks with her Cocker Spaniel in Brighton, where she now lives. She offers coaching online and by phone.

Ruth Martin

Ruth Martin

Hoffman Facilitator

Ruth joined the Hoffman UK team in 2019, having done her Process in 1996. As well as being a facilitator on the Process she is an experienced counsellor accredited with the BACP, and she offers both therapy and coaching. She has a diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Counselling from Re-Vision and has also trained as a Mindfulness Teacher with the University of Bangor. With more than 25 years’ experience of mindfulness, she loves weaving Hoffman tools into mindfulness practices. She lives in a wooded valley in East Sussex with her family and other much-loved animals.

Stella Horgan

Stella Horgan

Senior Hoffman Facilitator

Stella trained to be a Hoffman facilitator whilst living in Australia, and joined the UK team in July 2019. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Human Services from La Trobe University, and has done numerous other courses to inform her work with clients and groups, including qualifying as a facilitator of the DeMartini method. Stella is fiercely committed to assisting clients find their mission in life, and clearing anything that might be in the way of living a magnificent life. She the Director of non profit organisation Zingela Ulwazi, which trains rural South African women in business development and permaculture. She lives in the bush with the wild things in Limpopo Province, and has a much loved art practice.
