Spending some time with your Quadrinity is an important tool of Awareness.
You can do this by closing your eyes and getting in touch with the four aspects in turn (Intellect, Emotional Self, Body, Spiritual Self). Spend a little time and ask what each aspect needs, or in the case of your Spiritual Self, be open for a positive message of support. Remember to give thanks to all these parts of yourself, and notice how each aspect responds to your gratitude.
