Join us at Florence House for our first Q2 of 2026

The Hoffman Q2 is a three-day residential exclusively for Process graduates. It allows you space and time to fully reconnect to your Quadrinity and to focus your Spiritual Self on anything that might still be getting in the way of you living the best version of your life.

Our Q2 in April sees us return to an old friend – Florence House in Seaford. We’re so excited to be able to offer the opportunity for grads to revisit the space that was our main Process venue for many years, featuring spacious gardens, breathtaking coastal scenery, and the option for an invigorating dip in the sea.

As many of you may remember (with fondness!), accommodation at Florence House is a miscellany of single and shared rooms. Single rooms will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so early booking is advised if that’s your preference. If you’ve been pondering doing the Q2 with a graduate friend, partner or family member, or reconnecting with a Hoffman buddy from your original Process, Florence House is a great option for doing so. You can let us know your room preferences on the booking form.

Q2 at Florence House: Practicalities

Venue: Florence House, Southdown Road, Seaford, East Sussex, BN25 4JS



Dates and times:
• Arrive from 5.00pm on Friday 10 April
• Registration is at 9.30am on Saturday 11 April*
• Departure is at 4.00pm on Monday 13 April

Cost:
Shared room: £1,500 per person, including accommodation from Friday evening
Single room: £1,600 per person, including accommodation from Friday evening
* Please note that you are welcome to arrive on Saturday morning, however no discount will apply for this preference.

Cancellation Policy:
• Should this event be cancelled by Hoffman for any reason, you will be given the option to transfer any fees to a future event, or be refunded in full.
• Balance payments are due by Friday 27 March. Should you choose to cancel your booking before the balance due date, you will be offered the option to transfer your deposit payment to a future Hoffman event. If booking after this date, the full amount is due.
• For bookings cancelled after the balance due date, no refund or transfer will be offered.
