Hoffman for young people

‘My dream,’ Bob Hoffman said, ‘is that this work will eventually be recognised by all scientific communities, that it will be recognised by the educational pontiffs of the world and that it will be placed into compulsory educational programmes.’

Many of you have asked whether we could do something for young people. Can Hoffman be taught in schools? If only Hoffman was available to teenagers, youth at risk, young offenders…

This September held an open evening, hosted by Hoffman UK co-founder Serena Gordon, to discuss exactly these issues.

There were approximately 30 Hoffman graduates in attendance. Their passion and energy was tangible, with a variety of career connections with youth including teachers, solicitors, school board leaders, prison and young offenders carers, charity trustees, respite centre carers, entertainers, etc.

The underlying collective passion of the group seemed to be the desire to assist young people to become more consciously aware and responsible for their lives and choices, particularly relating to interacting with youth through the utilisation of the Hoffman Process tools.

The internal HoffTeam ‘think tank’ will now collate the ideas, and present back to the graduates the Hoffman recommendations for taking the next steps in manifesting these visions into reality.
Graduates are welcome to engage as ambassadors for each project, as they wish to participate, with full support and assistance of the Hoffman Institute UK.
