Our Process in Practice session for July will be led by Hoffman Facilitator Cass Fairweather.

In this session, you will explore a current situation in your life that’s making you wish that things could be different.

When we engage mindfully with our Spiritual Self, we can begin to unpick the beliefs that rob us of peace in the midst of chaos. Join Cass to connect with the unshakeable part of your Quadrinity, and practice tools to ride the wild waves that life naturally presents.
