'On the Process, I discovered that in spite of all my worries, insecurities, defences and deflection, I’m actually quite lovable – and that I had a chance of real lasting happiness. I gained a really different perspective on my parents and was able to finally investigate my childhood pain without needing to mask it with humour, drink or risk-taking. The change is authentic and profound. I was able to hug my parents and tell them I loved them, a marked change from the ‘Oh well, just get on with it’ attitude that had featured in any conversation that bordered on feelings in the previous few years. They were taken aback, but the reaction had us all bawling and smiling. My relationship with them is warmer now than it has ever been.
The Process was really transformational for me, but I have to remember that although I feel profoundly changed, other people are still the same. The difference in me has been remarked upon, although nobody can quite put their finger on it. I feel calmer and more settled, I love where I live and I love my life. I feel happier and spend more time in the present rather than dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. I’m more connected to my life and (I’m told) the twinkle is back in my eye. I go out more, see more people and reach out to friends in a way I never would have done before.'

Our new parachute places offer the unique opportunity to attend the 7-day residential Hoffman Process at the discounted rate of £1,000, all inclusive.
Parachute places are ideal for participants who are able to take up last-minute places that would otherwise go unfilled. Unlike a wait list place (which specifies a particular Process date), parachute places might be for any Process.
We're anticipating that these places will be in super-high demand, so if you're interested, now's the time to let us know To get the ball rolling, we ask that you pay a £500 deposit and book a call with our enrolment team, with the balance due when a place is offered. For people who aren't able to be as flexible with timings, we do offer other payment options to help spread the cost of our standard Processes. These include a six month payment plan, and scholarship bursaries for people who work or serve in specific roles. Our relationship workshops and retreats are a collaboration between Hoffman UK and workshop leaders Emma and Matthew Pruen, who bring a combined experience of over 20 years of Hoffman Process facilitation and relationship coaching.
Each workshop is designed to be relevant for individuals, or for couples already in a committed relationship and attending together. You do not need to have done the Hoffman Process to attend. Click on the orange links below for information about each event.

Dates for the Hoffman Process in Spring/Summer 2023 are live on our website here. As well as spending more time at Broughton Sanctuary in Yorkshire and Bore Place in Kent, next year we'll be introducing a new Process venue, Charney Manor in Oxfordshire.
Both Bore Place and Charney Manor offer single accommodation to all participants. Prices will vary slightly depending on venue and room option, but all venues will have a £3,700 booking option, which represents only a small increase on the current Process price. Our discounted parachute place list will be in operation at all venues too. If that's something that you might be interested in, please call the office on 01903 88 99 90 (9.00am - 5.00 UK time) and we'll talk you through the details.
And if a friend of family member has done the Process and reminisces fondly about our East Sussex venue, Florence House, there's still time to book a Process there too before the end of this year - but be quick, as places are filling quickly!

The Hoffman Essentials is an online weekend workshop led by two members of the Hoffman team. It provides a practical introduction to Hoffman tools and techniques that you can take away and use from day one. Numbers are limited to 16 participants to provide a safe, contained environment, and a follow-up Zoom call is included in the price.
All participants on The Hoffman Essentials will receive a £100 discount voucher towards a Hoffman Process booking, and access to a dedicated post-Essentials resource section of our website.

If you would like more information about Hoffman courses and events, our informal introduction sessions by Zoom are a great opportunity to find out more.
Led by Hoffman UK Managing Director, Serena Gordon (pictured) and members of the Hoffman enrolment team, the hour-long sessions provide a mix of information and the opportunity for Q&A. Attend with your camera on or off – either way, you’ll be guaranteed a warm welcome. You can just listen in, or ask questions via Zoom’s ‘chat’ function, and we’ll be happy to answer them.
Perhaps you’re planning to register for the Hoffman Process later in the year? These calls can talk you through the practicalities of attending the Process and what it entails. There will also be information about our Hoffman Essentials weekends and our other short courses and workshops.

If you're considering the Hoffman Process, we can offer you a one-to-one assessment call that gives you time to discuss what happens on the course in detail, and also to decide whether it's right for you. If you do then go on to register, you're already a step ahead! All calls are completely confidential, and you don't need to have registered for a course to book a free appointment.
