Love, peace & new hope: with mental health campaigner Jonny Benjamin MBE
Jonny Benjamin became a social media phenomenon while searching for the stranger who talked him out of a suicide attempt on Waterloo Bridge.

The #FindMike campaign was seen by more than 300 million people and succeeded in reuniting Jonny with Neil Laybourn, the man who saved his life.

Jonny’s journey back to wellness included doing the Hoffman Process in 2016. In 2017, he was recognised with an MBE for his taboo-breaking work with young people and mental health, particularly through the ThinkWell school education programme. His YouTube channel has thousands of subscribers, he's been the subject of a Channel 4 drama and now the book that tells Jonny's story, The Stranger on the Bridge , will be released in May.
Jonny says, 'Thanks to an unwavering passion, determination and self-conviction born from my week on the Process, life is very different for me today. In the two years since I graduated from the Hoffman Process, I was awarded an MBE, I completed a marathon, travelled extensively, and am now working full time . If someone had told me I could have achieved all of this before I did the Hoffman Process, I simply wouldn’t have believed them...'

How healthy are your boundaries? Take a quiz by counsellor Susan McGrath
Most people are aware of physical boundaries, like not invading someone’s space, but we also have internal boundaries that protect our thinking, values and beliefs. We set them to protect ourselves and to encourage us to treat others respectfully.

We learn our boundaries from our childhood environment, and if we’re not allowed to set them healthily from an early age, we’ll struggle to assert and maintain boundaries as adults.

See if you can identify any areas where you could strengthen your boundaries by taking a quiz created for this year's Hoffman magazine by counsellor and Hoffman graduate Susan McGrath .

Hoffman UK Co-Founder Tim Laurence interviewed on The Life Stylist
Hoffman graduate Luke Storey is a former Hollywood fashion stylist turned public speaker, broadcaster and entrepreneur. The Life Stylist is his weekly podcast, where Luke shares his 'strategies for healing, happiness, and high-performance living.'

Since doing the Process in 2017, Luke says,
'Life has changed drastically in the most positive sense... The Hoffman Process was one of the most profound experiences of my life, which is why I made it my mission after completing the program to share it."

One of The Life Stylist's most recent guests is our very own HoffmanUK co-founder Tim Laurence. From the nature of true forgiveness, and how to 'accept the unacceptable', to how you can salvage relationships you thought were beyond saving, they discuss topics such as childhood abuse, family roles and common patterns of resistance - including why compliance can block change. The interview lasts just over an hour.

Our first Hoffman Scholarship Ambassador, Wilfred Emmanuel-Jones
We’re delighted to have received our first Hoffman Scholarship donation from graduate Wilfred Emmanuel-Jones, businessman, farmer, and founder of The Black Farmer range of food products.

Wilfred did the Process in 2017 and says, ' My creativity has gone up a gear and I've already won a big piece of business by coming up with a concept that I would not have thought of before Hoffman.' You can read Wilfred's article about the Process here.

Groups, businesses and individuals who donate the equivalent of a full Process place to our Scholarship fund will join the Hoffman Ambassador ranks.

March Top Tip: A natural expression of passion and love
Snowdrops growing in the wild
Just one of 365 tips from the Hoffman Graduate Journal.  Click here  to order.
At this time of year, flowers are starting to poke up through the ground and they can surprise us with their beauty and resilience after a winter underground.

Sometime this month, make time to go for a walk in the countryside and admire the beautiful display of colour. You could also go and buy yourself some flowers, or plant some in your garden. Really treat yourself as a reminder of how colourful and wonderful you are too...

If you're in the UK (and not stuck in a snowdrift), now's the time to hunt for snowdrops, wild violets, daffodils and crocuses. Contact your Process group and arrange to go on a walk together. There are some great snowdrop walks here.
