Creating Healthy Boundaries

Healthy boundaries almost always involve checking in with one’s own needs first – knowing what does and doesn’t work for you. But how many of us are good at knowing what our needs are? In this webinar Matthew will guide us through the patterns that get in the way of setting healthy boundaries. We will learn that by introducing mindful awareness and conscious choice we can create boundaries that help people feel safe and therefore more trusting of the relationship.
