Get ready to S.H.I.N.E your socks off this summer
We have so many ways to soothe and distract ourselves from our pain, and our addictions manifest in many ways – work, sex, unhealthy relationships, zoning out, internet, gaming, smart phones, gambling, substances, shopping, misery, dating apps, porn, food…
Our new addiction workshop is a collaboration between Hoffman UK and Joy Provision. It is led by Hoffman Supervising teacher and therapist Emma Ferguson, CBT and addiction therapist Steve MacGraine and addiction therapist Ray Badejo (pictured).
Throughout this residential transformational experience, you will dive deeply into awareness, expression, connection and freedom in the stunning surroundings of Florence House, East Sussex.
- Understand your addictions and the behaviours that drive them.
- Learn how to access your full array of emotions.
- Learn how and why you do what you do – and strategies for breaking vicious cycles.
- Wake up through a series of new inspirational experiences and rituals.
- Tool yourself up so choice is possible.
- Get connected to yourself, others, and spirit.
- Become much more functioning, funky and fun.
- Experience and embody some recovery techniques.
See How It’s Never Enough and let your star S.H.I.N.E!

If you are just starting out in your ‘self’ work, this will make a lot of sense and help you make a great start, but if you have already done a whole lot of things then you will find that this workshop will draw all your strands together, leaving you feel cohesive, committed and calm.’
