Supervising Hoffman facilitator Emma Ferguson by firepit at Broughton HallIt’s time for some cathartic release, Hoffman-style…

Don’t keep negative energy trapped inside any longer. Join Emma Ferguson (pictured) for an evening of movement and music, where she’ll lead us in in a specially-prepared interactive session, designed to release some of that pent-up tension in true Hoffman style. The positive reaction to Emma’s first Expresso workshop was overwhelming, and we’re delighted she’s agreed to host a follow up. Definitely a ‘moving’ experience in more ways than one!

Date: Friday 3 July, 2020
Led by: Supervising Hoffman teacher Emma Ferguson
Time: 7.30-9.00pm (UK time)
Platform: Zoom

To book your place, simply email and ask to be registered for Emma’s Expresso! event.

We’ll open the Zoom waiting room at 7.15pm and welcome you in. Emma will start the session at 7.30pm. Please make sure you’re wearing comfortable clothes and are in a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed and are able to stretch out your body freely. We’ll finish with a grounding meditation around 9.00pm.

The webinar is open to all Hoffman Process graduates (regardless of where in the world you did your Process). No preparation is needed, although it might be helpful to have a look through your workbook in advance of the call, or a browse through our online toolkit to jog your memory. You don’t have to keep your video on for this session if you’d prefer not to, and we won’t be recording the session.

For details of other Hoffman graduate events via Zoom, see the Post-Process area of this website, and keep an eye on your newsletter or our private Facebook group for regular updates.
We also offer one-to-one catch-up calls with people who’d like to explore ways to reconnect to their Hoffman experience. Email to book a session.
