On the evening, we’ll open the Zoom waiting room at 7.15pm and welcome you in. Emma will start the session at 7.30pm. Please make sure you’re wearing comfortable clothes and are in a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed and are able to stretch out your body freely. We’ll finish with meditation, and wrap up at 9.00pm.
