Plain EnneagramThe first of our three Exploring the Enneagram workshops with Tim Laurence will focus on The Head Types.

You’re welcome to book this workshop as a standalone event using the booking form at the top of this page, or book all three together. For information about the other workshops in this Enneagram series, click here.

Introducing the Head Types

  • The Five – The Investigator, the analyst, observing the world from a distance, not in touch with feelings. Also known as the Observer.
Pros: great at gathering knowledge, a logical overview. Cons: emotionally illiterate, may value ideas over people.
  • The Six – The Loyalist, doubting, with fear of the future. Also known as the Loyal Sceptic.
Pros: has already seen the worst-case and prepared for it. Cons: always imagining a negative outcome, doubting and catastrophising.
  • The Seven – The Adventurer, loading up on life’s experiences. Also known as the Enthusiast or Epicure.
Pros: plenty of energy and ideas of how to get the most out of life Cons: may lose the present due to always planning, and not in touch with pain or loss.

No prior knowledge of the Enneagram is needed, and you don’t need to have done the Hoffman Process to attend. Knowing your Type, and perhaps recognising other people’s Types is a good start, but not essential – you’ll certainly have come across many examples of the Types being explored in your life.
