Our winter retreat, 15-19 December 2018, takes place in Broughton Hall in the stunning Yorkshire Dales and combines five days of post-Process work with the most luxurious pampering experience we have ever hosted.
Looking for the opportunity to escape and be part of that lovely Hoffman energy again? To connect to the life your spiritual self is calling for? Would you like to shift some residual baggage and connect to your own inner magic? Many of you have asked for the opportunity to do some more Hoffman work, guided by Hoffman facilitators, while enjoying some time with Hoffman friends and building in some relaxation and pampering. This is why we’ve created this exceptional winter retreat especially for you!
What’s on offer?
This extended Q2 retreat will be led by Hoffman facilitators Janet Burgis and Emma Ferguson.
In the mornings from 9am to 1pm, you’ll be guided by Janet and Emma and using the Hoffman tools and visualisations to work on any resistant patterns, to re-experience those memorable Hoffman techniques and renew your vision.
In the afternoons from 2 to 5pm, you’ll be free to enjoy the many attractions of Broughton Hall and its glorious surroundings. You can also spend hours relaxing in their brand-new, state-of-the-art wellbeing centre, Avalon, and submerge yourself in a wide range of activities, treatments and watery spaces.
In the evenings from 7.30 to 9pm, Emma and Janet will guide you through some Hoffman rituals and experiences (including a truly amazing open air fire temple).
This retreat also offers a wonderful space for family members and couples who have all done the Process to come into a deeper connection together and share a new Hoffman experience.
Broughton Hall dates back to 1597 and has belonged to the Tempest Baronet family for 900 years. It is one of the most exquisite event venues in the UK and one of the only exclusive hire historic houses in Yorkshire. We are very grateful to Hoffman graduate, Roger Tempest, owner of Broughton Hall for his enthusiasm and generosity in offering us this wonderful retreat opportunity.
Broughton Hall will be your home for five days and nights, and the spectacular grounds of the Broughton Hall Estate will be your playground, with acres to explore, forage, and relax in. Use of the tennis courts, mountain bike trails, walled garden, outdoor swimming lake and ancient woodland forest bathing spaces (even though it might be a bit chilly in December) are included in your booking fee. For those who wish to indulge in a full body, mind and soul pamper, Broughton’s state-of-the-art wellbeing centre, Avalon, will be freely available each afternoon, offering heated swimming and hydro-massage pools, sauna and steam rooms, meditation pod, Soma Dome, and relaxation/mediation spaces.
Additional treatments at Avalon are also available at a special Hoffman rate, including massage, yoga, pilates, relexology, sound and energy healing, personal training and herbalist consultation. These can be pre-booked in advance and are payable directly to Broughton Hall. More details will be given to you nearer the time.
Broughton Hall are offering six premium bedrooms, each with spectacular views of the estate and surroundings. These spacious and uniquely decorative havens with four-poster beds and impressive bathrooms all have a character of their own too. Some have walk in marble showers and comfortable roll top baths and are available for couples or single occupancy.
