All of the relationships that you’ll ever have in your life have one thing in common at the heart of them – and that’s you. If your romantic history is a sorry tale of repeating patterns and questionable choices, or if you keep getting stuck in relationship Groundhog Day, perhaps now’s the time to start – compassionately – looking inwards for some answers…
Join Supervising Hoffman Facilitator Matthew Pruen and self-esteem mentor Emma Pruen are for an online foundation workshop in the fundamentals of relationship. This one-day workshop is designed to support people who are invested in the personal development necessary to find and maintain long-term, committed, intimate relationship. It will involve a series of structured exercises that, like the Hoffman Process, place the emphasis on experiential learning. It offers a tools-based approach, so participants can learn practices that support growth and connection on an ongoing basis.
As all Hoffman graduates know, that critical first step to loving intimacy with others must be an affectionate, authentic and trustworthy relationship with ourselves. And so, the intention is that attendants come through this experience with a revitalised sense of self-love, an enhanced capacity for connection and fully charged batteries for finding and nurturing true love.
The workshop will cover:
- The dynamics of committed relationships
- How the past affects the present
- Personality differences
- Self knowledge
- How to prepare for a positive experience of relationship
You are welcome to attend this workshop whether you are in a relationship or not, and whether you have done the Hoffman Process or not. Couples and individuals are equally welcome. Numbers will be limited to 24 participants to allow for comfortable sharing in a contained virtual space.
