Hoffman... when you're serious about change

Dates, prices and venues

The Hoffman Process is held at regular intervals throughout the year, in the UK, Ireland, and the Middle East. The courses are residential and run from Friday 9am to the following Friday at 2pm. We do recommend that you take the weekend following the Process as a further time of retreat. Our venues are often in areas of outstanding natural beauty, giving plenty of scope for rest and relaxation.

The price of the course varies slightly from country to country.

Information Evenings

If you want more information about the course and its techniques we recommend that you attend one of our monthly Information Evenings.

These evenings are usually held at least month. They begin at 7.30pm and finish at 9.30 pm. They are a wonderful opportunity to find out more about the course, meet Hoffman staff and teachers and hear Process participants speak about their experience.

London Information Evenings are held at Regents College, Regents Park, London NW1 4NS click here for map. They start at 7.30pm and last for 2 hours. They are free of charge and there is no need to book.

Regent's College is based in central London. The closest Underground station is Baker Street, on leaving the station turn left and take the next available left into York Gate, continue into Regent's Park over York Bridge. The main entrance is on the left. (Total walking time - 15 mins)

Please check the calendar for dates and venues.
