We're delighted to be offering a series of teacher-led telephone Support Calls to Hoffman graduates. The calls are Hoffman 'tools' based and are open to all graduates for £19. Places are limited to 12 people per call, so please book early to ensure your place.

How to Pay

You can pay by credit/debit card or Paypal. N.B. The PIN and call information will appear immediately after the payment, so please make a note of it. Payments for support calls are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Call Instructions and Cost

Once you dial the number you will be asked for a PIN - given on the day of your booking.
You will be asked for your name.
If you're the first person on the call, you'll hear music. Otherwise you'll be welcomed on.
If you're disconnected, simply dial back in.
To keep background noise to a minimum please mute your phone by pressing # then 6. This is to avoid interference such as dogs barking, TVs or your bath running! To speak or ask a question just unmute by pressing # then 6 again.

There is no charge for using the Support Call. You simply pay for your own phone call, which typically costs 6.7p/min+VAT from landlines in the UK. The call costs will be shown on your phone bill in the same way as any other call. International calls click here for low cost alternative numbers to dial from outside the UK. Phone Etiquette

In order for us to keep a high quality of sound for everyone please don't call in using Skype or a mobile phone. You may also encounter a problem entering the Conference code or in muting your phone, if you do so.
Use a corded or high quality digital (DECT) cordless telephone for optimal quality.
If you have a two-line phone, please turn the ringer off on the second line.
Do not use the phone in speakerphone mode.
Do not speak unless invited to do so and say your name before speaking.
Please call in just before the designated time to introduce yourself.
