When are the Q2s in 2010?
October Q2
Oct 8th-10th at Florence House, Seaford, East Sussex.
Friday 9.30am to Sunday 4.30pm
Cost: £650 includes accommodation and materials.

What is a Q2?
This is a 3-day residential from a Friday to a Sunday to refresh what you learnt on your Process and a chance to experience the tools of the Process as they relate to your life now.

Why do a Q2?
Many of us have had those niggling moments when we've thought, "I learnt about this in my Process, I should be able to see the pattern/get over the transference/recycle this pattern" but we can't quite remember how.
How many of us have moved on since our Process but need space to take stock of our lives and clarify our direction? It may be that we just want to take some time out for a personal retreat. Maybe a relationship has changed at work or at home, maybe a parent has died, or a child has left home. Whatever has happened in the intervening months or years the Q2 offers three days just for you to get back in touch with the person that you were at your Closure.
What to expect from a Q2
You will focus on your life today, and have the opportunity to identify and resolve some of your current self-defeating negative patterns. We re-visit some of the major experiences of the Process and we work with the tools (remember those?) You will be supported by Hoffman teachers, one of whom is assigned to work with your particular issues, as well as benefiting from the energy and dynamism of the group.
Who is it for and when?
As well as for individuals, this 3 day residential weekend is open to any couples and siblings, friends and parents who may also have done the Process. It gives you a wonderful opportunity to work together, deepen your trust in each other and make new friends. We generally ask you wait at least six months after your Process before attending a Q2.
