These evenings are held at the end of each Process month. They normally begin at 7.30pm and finish at 9.30pm. They serve a double role in welcoming back the participants of that month’s Processes as well as providing a space for new people to find out more.
Your own Welcome Home is a great opportunity to meet up with those people you met on your Process and to be supported in your return to your everyday life and relationships. It’s a chance to share how you are feeling post-Process and to take along family members who might be curious to meet your new friends and to ask any questions they may have.
As you may know yourself, these evenings are a great way to find out more about the Process. So if you have friends, colleagues or family who would like to know more, this allows them to hear about the Process from other people without an agenda. An information evening creates an atmosphere where they feel free to ask questions and air any doubts they may have.
For you personally it can be a chance to meet with either people who did your Process with you or make new friends with other Graduates. It is also a chance to share your own experience of the Process to help others make their minds up if now is the right time for them to do it. Some people find that in sharing they also gain new insight into how they have changed following their Process.
