Parenting Workshops

Hoffman Parenting Workshops

Each age and stage of an individual child’s life brings its own joys and challenges. With access to the latest research in child development and neuroscience, these courses offer insights, practical exercises, inner reflection, engaging Hoffman tools and specific methods to help your parenting.

Supervising Hoffman Teacher Eliza Meredith and Parenting Coach Michelle Matthews are delighted to be offering specially developed one-day workshops that include some Hoffman tools to bring deeper awareness, enjoyment and rhythm to parenting. Our two workshops: The Childhood Years and The Teenage Years are available for all mothers, fathers and carers. You do not need to have taken part in the Hoffman Process to attend.

The training will increase your trust in your own parenting. From a renewed place of confidence, you will be able to nurture resilience in your child, enabling them to negotiate family life, friendships, school, siblings, blended families and this challenging world with ease, enjoyment and age-appropriate self-responsibility. There will also be the option to keep in touch with other group participants once the workshop has ended.

See below for information and to book: The Childhood Years (ages 0-12) and The Teenage Years (ages 13 +).

 About the workshop leaders:

Supervising Hoffman Teacher Eliza MeredithEliza Meredith
I have been teaching the Hoffman Process for 11 years and have a Masters in psychotherapy. I am a mother to two adult children and have two grandchildren of 9 and 5. My interest in how humans develop and grow has been a life passion, as well as the struggles and delights of that most important job: being a parent.

Michelle StevensMichelle Matthews
I am a psychotherapist, parenting coach and mother of two young daughters. I am passionate about being more playful and skilled as a mother and more forgiving of my failings! I enjoy watching my children develop as I grow alongside them. I’ve learned that parenting is not something we perfect but something we practise every day.
