Hoffman... when you're serious about change

What happens after the Process?

We understand how important it is to receive continued support after you’ve undertaken any kind of personal development work. At the Hoffman Institute we provide follow up sessions, facilitated groups, Q2: 3-day residential programmes and Reconnection Days to ensure you are supported along your journey.

Welcome Home/Information Evenings

Shortly after each Process there is an Information Evening when the most recent group is invited to meet up together with Hoffman teachers, previous graduates and anyone interested in the Process. These monthly events take place at Regent’s College London, and offer an opportunity for recent graduates to speak to teachers, to be heard and supported, and to bring relatives or friends who might be interested in further information. Time: 7.30 – 9.30pm Venue: Regent's College, London NW1 4NS

Post Process Support Groups

Four facilitated support groups are provided for graduates following their Process. These sessions allow participants to reconnect with their group and the principles of the Process. It also allows them to reinforce their use of the 'tools' as ongoing support for any challenging life situations and to share any Post Process changes in their lives in an understanding and supportive environment.

1-1 Coaching

Post-Process Coaching Sessions are also available to graduates. These are typically one-hour sessions in person or over the telephone, where a teacher employs Hoffman Process methods and tools to assist a graduate in gaining awareness and efficacy in a particular area of their life.

Q2: 3-day Graduate Intensive

Our 3-day residential programmes (known as 'Q2s') take place several times each year. These offer an opportunity to remind graduates of the insights of their Process and to focus on one or two specific areas current in their lives.

Reconnection Days

These are one day workshops to help students reconnect with the Process and practice some of the ‘tools’ that they have been given. They are usually led by a Hoffman Teacher and available in London, Brighton, Scotland, Jersey, Ireland and Bahrain.

CD's and Books

A set of recordings are given to all graduates at the end of the Process which include several guided visualisations to help reinforce feelings of self-acceptance. We can also recommend books and literature to help support graduates Post Process. Parts of the graduate site are passworded and only accessible after doing the Process.

Telephone Support Calls

Hoffman also offers a series of monthly conference style phone-in groups as part of the Post Process support programme.

Therapeutic Support

The Hoffman Institute maintains close links with therapists who are conversant with the principles of the Process. Some of them may also have done the Process themselves and all are available to work with graduates who wish to extend their learning and development. The Hoffman office can supply suitable contacts on request. There is also a graduate Business Listing page which encourages graduates to connect though work and which has a section for therapists who have participated in the Process themselves.

quoteAfter Hoffman I completely understood what it was like to feel comfortable in my own skin. It's an extremely dynamic, energetic, highly charged and dramatic eight
days.
