1. Do you need to have tried therapy before undertaking The Hoffman Process?
No. The Hoffman Process is open to all, offering people rapid emotional healing and spiritual growth, as well as the ability to recognise persistent negative behaviours, moods and attitudes. Though some of participants will have undertaken therapy, it certainly isn’t a prerequisite. All participants are given a thorough screening to ensure that The Hoffman Process is the right personal development course for them. The Hoffman staff are able to recommend alternatives should someone be advised that the Process is not for them. Under these circumstances any deposit will be refunded.
