NEW! Couples workshop

Giraffes Kissing
We are thrilled to announce a new Hoffman relationship workshop.

Has your partner done the Hoffman Process and you've always been curious about their experience? Perhaps you've found that your relationship has since changed, and you'd like to understand why.

We have designed a one-day workshop for couples using Hoffman tools and focusing on how they can be applied in relationships.

The workshop will be led by Supervising Hoffman teachers, Mairi Russell and Matthew Pruen (pictured below).

Saturday 8 October: Relationship Skills
For committed partners in a loving relationship who want to take their connection to an even deeper level.

Venue: Florence House, Seaford, East Sussex
Cost: £150 per person.
One partner must have previously done the Hoffman Process.

Click here for more information and to book.

This day is limited to twelve couples only, so early registration is advised.

Ayesha reaches her peak

Ayesha Vardag
After years searching for a relationship that worked, award-winning international family lawyer Ayesha Vardag found the Hoffman Process. Her Process toolkit allowed her to vision a joyful new partnership as well as a thriving and fulfilling future for her family and her business.

'On the Process, I worked through my parental issues, not least the impact of my father's lifelong absence and the sense of rejection that had engendered in me. This played out in my choosing a series of glamorous and unloving men, all hard-wired to end up rejecting me again in some way.

I think the most terrifying thing after a relationship breaks down is the sense that you will never be happy again, that all joy is gone from your life. An unknown future stretches out in front of you characterised only by the bleakness and unhappiness that you feel in the present. What Hoffman did was give me back my capacity to dream, to plan for happiness and to make my dreams come true.'

What people say...

'My wife came back from the Process so empowered and clear. I could see how she'd grown and I wanted to be in a position to move with her. I was between jobs at the time so I decided to go. I'm so glad I did. It was a fantastic experience and since then we've both gone for our dreams.'
