It's Never Too Late

Tim and Betty
Hoffman UK Founder Tim Laurence congratulating Betty Hughes at her book launch
Whenever someone asks if they're 'too old to change' Betty's bright blue eyes and radiant smile come to mind.

Betty did the Process in 1998 and twelve years later, at the age of 90, she published her first book Talking to My Selves; A Journey into Awareness. The book describes a life full of tenacity, suffering and ultimately, the triumph of the human spirit. Winning five star reviews on Amazon, it will strike a chord with others who have struggled with the legacy of a difficult childhood.
'I did the Process when I was 78 and I'm now 95! I chose to do the Process at a stage in my life when I'd worked with many therapists and experimented with many different personal growth models...'

You can change your life by Tim Laurence
First released in 2003, translated into several languages and having sold thousands of copies worldwide, 'You Can Change Your Life' is essential reading for anyone with an interest in the Hoffman Process.

When Tim Laurence first wrote 'You Can Change Your Life' in 2003, the Process was relatively new to the UK. Twelve years later, the principles have remained the same, but the world has finally caught up with us!

This revised edition, launched to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Hoffman UK, has added va-va-voom... It contains more moving personal stories, updated research and explains more about the scientific background to the Hoffman tools and techniques that continue to be so relevant today.

Hoffman Monthly Top Tip

Boy launching from a cannon
What's holding you back..?

The concept of fortitude can be defined as 'mental and emotional resilience in facing difficulty, adversity or danger.'

Taking unconventional paths requires taking risks for greater reward (financial or otherwise). It takes courage to act differently. Fearless people tend not to dwell on things, but are decisive. Fearless people work with what they have and turn obstacles into opportunities. Instead of setbacks, they try to see these events as gifts and find ways to utilise them to move forward.  Launch yourself this month without fear...

Until Next Month...
