This is a time of year when many of us are stocking up on candles, sparklers and fireworks. Calendars are full of celebrations and rituals using fire whether that's Chanukah, Diwali or Bonfire Night.

Fire brings light and warmth, acting as a focal point which brings us together as families and communities. Its flames are also cleansing and transforming, which is why we often use it in celebrations to signify a new start.

If a new start is something you'd like, then the Hoffman Process is a wonderful way to cleanse the past and bring warmth and light to your life. If you've already done the Process, this month offers several chances to reconnect at one of our Hoffman Graduate events.

The cost of the Process is going up in 2010 to £2,550 which includes full board and VAT. Anyone booking before December 1st on any Process happening in 2010 will receive £100 off their balance payment.

Hoffman Grads - Hot off the Press

Two Hoffman Graduates across the Atlantic have been busy lately producing some great material to help explore different approaches to life that very much complement the Process. Joan Borysenko has brought out 'It's Not the End of the World: Resilience in Times of Change' full of inspiring stories and great tips on how best to grow through challenging phases. Debbie Ford has brought out a new DVD called The Shadow Effect which includes contributions from Deepak Chopra, Marianne Williamson and fellow Hoffman Graduate Mark Victor Hansen.

They are really lively with callers questions and interesting input from previous Process participants and Hoffman Teachers.

Information Evening in Dublin
Our next information evening in Dublin is Tuesday December 1st at 7.30 -9.30pm. It's free and there's no need to book. It's a great way to meet people who have done the Process and who can answer any questions you may have from honest, personal experience. If you're a Hoffman graduate reading this - we'd love to see you!

Jeremy and Lynda, our Irish Process co-ordinators, have been doing a wonderful job in keeping everyone connected. The recent party at Brooks Hotel in Dublin was a huge success, so make sure you're on their mailing list for future events.

Simply Inspiring New Years Retreat - January 1st-3rd - Everyone Welcome

This New Year Retreat is a chance for you to relax, review and create your future afresh. You'll leave Florence House feeling revitalised mentally, physically and spiritually. Singles and couples are welcome.

The retreat is led by professional coaches and international workshop leaders, Sandra Richardson and Tony Barton. There will be a good mixture of time out for leisurely walks by the sea and sitting by cosy log fires as well as gentle yoga, meditation, fun and creative coaching exercises. You'll leave with an inspiring vision for yourself in 2010 and beyond.

Dates: From 4pm on Friday 1st January to 4pm on Sunday 3rd January
Cost: £475 all inclusive price (2 nights accommodation, food and facilitation)

Hoffman Returns to the Middle East - December 4-11

Tim Laurence is now out in the Middle East where we have already run some extremely successful Processes. We are now launching a new site for the Process in December 4-11 this year. The Sea Loft Hotel on Amwaj Island, Bahrain, offers beautiful sea views over the Arabian Gulf. The island is a short drive just north of Manama, convenient to the airport.

Reconnection Day in Little Venice, London

Our last Reconnection Day this year, led by Hoffman Teacher Tom Laughton, is on Saturday November 14th at CCPE, Beauchamp Lodge, Little Venice, London W2. Support Call November 11th

Relationships - Wednesday November 11th
This is the third in an extremely popular series of stand-alone calls on relationships. They are both for those who are currently in a relationship and for those who aren't. This month we'll be exploring how vindictiveness can show up in relationships. Whether we revenge ourselves on our loved ones with 'The Look', 'The Silent Treatment ' or just by not putting the top back on the toothpaste, we'll be experiencing how compassion and forgiveness can help.

Led by Esme Page, one of our most experienced UK Hoffman Teachers, support calls are ideal if you've finished your Post Process Support Groups and want to reconnect to the Process tools. We also welcome Hoffman Graduates who have been 'out of the loop' and want to refresh their perspective. In short - if you've done the Process - wherever you live - this one's for you!
