You have been sent this link by the Hoffman UK enrolment team to make your journey to the Hoffman Process as smooth as possible. You might want to bookmark this page, because it’s where you should find everything you’re going to need to be fully prepared for your Process week.
Our enrolment procedure is divided into three main phases – registration, pre-course work and Process countdown. Our enrolment team are here to help you throughout – email enrolment@hoffmaninstitute.co.uk at any time.

Registration
The good news is that if you’re reading this, you’ve probably already completed most of your registration. By now, you should have:

- checked whether the timing is right for you, chosen your Process date (or selected a wait list date) and paid a course deposit
- watched a video on Bob Hoffman’s concept of Negative Love or read the Hoffman book ‘You Can Change Your Life’
- completed a Hoffman enrolment form
- spoken to a member of the enrolment team about your reasons for doing the Process and whether it’s for you
- read and agreed to our terms and conditions
- returned a Declaration and Consent form
We may still need to speak with you when we receive your pre-course work, so please don’t book your travel or accommodation without checking with us first. If you would like to book travel earlier, we can discuss this in your enrolment call.
Pre-course work
Below, you will find a link to a page where you can find your pre-course work. You should allow around 6-8 hours in total to complete it, and you might find it helpful to step away from it and come back with fresh eyes a few times. There is a page of helpful frequently asked questions about the pre-course work here.
We are aware that this work might elicit some strong emotions for some people – if you find that you need support at any point while you are filling in your pre-course work, please call the office and let us know.
Your pre-course work should be returned to the Hoffman Institute four weeks before the start of your course so that one of the Hoffman Process facilitators has time to read it.
If you’re a late booking or you don’t think that you are going to be able to complete your work by the deadline, please talk to us about this.

Please note – Now that you have received your pre-course work, a transfer fee of £150 will apply if you choose to change your Process date, except in the case of emergency, family bereavement or where a medical certificate can be supplied. See our terms and conditions for full details.
Process Countdown
As well as readying yourself emotionally for your Process, there are a few practical elements of preparation you’ll need to be mindful of as you count down to the start of your course. We’ll already have mentioned them in your enrolment call, but here’s a quick checklist to help you.

Post-Process accommodation & travel – Please remember to book your stay and travel in advance of your course, as you will not have your phone/device during the week. Click the venue name for suggestions near Broughton Sanctuary in Yorkshire and Oxon Hoath in Kent. We’re still researching and compiling suggestions for The Vedanta.
Balance payment – If you still need to pay your balance, please contact the office for the correct payment link for your venue and room type. You can call us or send an email.
Cancellation
The Hoffman team spends significant time and energy preparing you for the Process. If you have to cancel, the following will apply:
- Cancellation between 2 and 12 weeks of your start date – we will retain your £500 deposit.
- Cancellation within 2 weeks of your start date – no part of your fee will be refunded.
- Cancellation due to Covid test – if you test positive for Covid we will do our best to allocate you to another Process date and fill your place. If we are unable to fill your place within 24 hours of the Process starting we will retain your deposit but transfer the balance to a later date. The venue and Hoffman UK will already have incurred costs at this point.
We recommend that you re-read our terms and conditions and the Process ground rules, and re-familiarise yourself with the Declaration and Consent agreement that you submitted. You will be asked to re-commit to these at registration.
