Information Evenings

If you would like more information about the Process and its techniques we recommend that you attend one of our Information Evenings.

These evenings are usually held at least once a month. They begin at 7.30pm and finish at 9.30pm. They are a wonderful opportunity to find out more about the course, meet Hoffman staff and teachers and hear Process participants speak about their experience and answer your questions.

Who Can Come? Whether you come on your own, or with friends or family, you'll be guaranteed a warm welcome. You can just browse the information on display and listen or, if you have questions, there will be plenty of time for them to be answered. We'd also love to see people who have done the Process, who would like to meet up and share their experiences.

London Information Evenings

These are held at Regents College, Regents Park, London NW1 4NS. They start at 7.30pm and last for 2 hours. They are free of charge and there is no need to book. Click for map. The closest Underground station is Baker Street. On leaving the station turn left and take the next available left into York Gate, continue into Regent's Park over York Bridge. The main entrance is on the left. (Total walking time - 15 mins)

Dublin Information Evenings

Held from 7.30 - 9.30pm at the Brooks Hotel, 59-62 Drury Street, Dublin, they are free and there's no need to book.
