Become a member of the Teaching Team
Each year we seek to find the appropriate people to invite to join our Teacher Training Programme. This programme is intensive and requires a minimum of one year practical as well as theoretical learning. We look for people who have a background in leading and/or working in group environments, have had some prior experience in the educational or therapeutic environment and can demonstrate a natural empathy on a one to one basis.
The training is split between ‘off-site’ work with Hoffman supervisors, teachers and mentors as well as ‘on-site work’ predominantly pro active as a trainee participating on Processes each month. The training demands time and energy and there are specific stages where you will be assessed as to whether you should proceed or not.
